Role Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative at AccuScience, you will be at the frontline of our operations, ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service and assistance. You will handle customer inquiries, provide product-specific information, and work closely with other teams to resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Responsibilities Include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Providing product information and assistance.
- Working closely with other departments to resolve customer issues.
- Documenting and updating customer records based on interactions.
- Other duties as assigned.
Essential Requirements for the Role
- Good Communication Skills: You should be able to articulate well and understand our customers' needs, ensuring a seamless flow of information between the company and the clients.
- Problem-solving Ability: You will encounter a variety of inquiries and issues; your capacity to think critically and find timely solutions is crucial.
- PC Literacy: Proficiency in using computers is a must, with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in a customer service position.
- Product Specific Knowledge: Ability to learn, retain, and apply product-specific information as it pertains to the position. Training will be provided to ensure you are confident in representing our products.

- Experience with Molecular diagnostics technology/PCR essential
- Commercial background demonstrated by previous commercial achievements desirable
- Experience of laboratory sales, ideally in a Clinical Environment, but this role may also suit a lab scientist wanting to move into a commercial role
- Goal orientated, independent and commercially driven
- Enthusiastic and dynamic, uses initiative to find solutions to deliver business growth
